Technical Production Assembler

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Production Assembler to support the setup, assembly, testing, and repair of specialized industrial equipment. This role requires experience with electrical wiring, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and electro-mechanical controls. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

• Assemble complete equipment systems and subcomponents according to specifications and engineering drawings
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics for electro-mechanical assemblies
• Perform electrical wiring (AC/DC, single-phase and three-phase systems)
• Install and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Rotate through various production processes as needed
• Conduct quality inspections and quality assurance checks
• Identify, document, and report product defects
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely
• Use measuring and diagnostic tools, including multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, including dimensional or tolerance adjustments
• Prepare finished equipment for shipment
• Support remote troubleshooting and assist customers with service-related inquiries when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, technical assembly, or related field
• Experience with wiring, prototype builds, and production assemblies
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations
• Proficient with standard hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must meet all hiring requirements, including background check, E-Verify, and drug screening

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on your feet for extended periods (8–12 hours)
• Ability to lift and move components weighing up to 25 lbs regularly
• Frequent use of hands and arms for assembly and equipment operation
• Occasional use of standard office equipment (phone, computer)

• On-the-floor warehouse setting

• $25 - $30 / hr.
