Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Check in regularly with team members (intake, admin, etc.) to ensure workflow efficiency
- Monitor task completion and ensure accountability across the team
- Track and maintain basic KPIs (e.g., lead follow-ups, operational performance)
- Identify and resolve small operational issues proactively
- Serve as the “go-to” person for team support and problem-solving
- Ensure office processes are running smoothly and efficiently
- Support implementation of process improvements and operational strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain performance standards and productivity
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a law firm environment (required)
- Experience in office management or administrative leadership roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage workflows and ensure task completion
- Basic understanding of KPIs and performance tracking
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
