Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $18–19/hour (depending on experience)
Bonuses:
- $500 after 90 days
- $1,000 after 180 days
- $2,000 after 1 year
- $3,000 after 2 years
- Increases annually by $1,000 until capped at $5,000
Schedule: Full-time, half-day Saturdays, on-call as needed
Responsibilities:
- Indoor swimming pool maintenance, including water testing and equipment upkeep
- Electronic lock systems troubleshooting and repair
- PTAC unit maintenance and repair (hotel room A/C units)
- Servicing hotel ice machines, washers, and dryers
- Light plumbing: clogs, faucets, toilet repairs, etc.
- Light electrical: outlets, switches, basic wiring
- General hotel facilities upkeep (guest rooms, public spaces)
- Responding promptly to guest and staff repair requests
- Keeping maintenance logs and following all safety procedures
Preferred Background:
- Hotel maintenance experience preferred, but apartment or light commercial building maintenance is acceptable
- Pool chemical knowledge and repair experience required
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience is ideal
