Position Overview
Synthetic Grass Warehouse is growing and seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk / Driver to join our operations team. This role supports daily warehouse functions while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate is accountable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Assist customers with order fulfillment and product pickup
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Accurately fill orders and cut materials in a timely manner
- Load and unload freight containers and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior forklift experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Valid driver’s license required (if driving company vehicles)

- Warehouse and outdoor environment
- Regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling
- Exposure to moving equipment and machinery
