Print Production Specialist

JOB ROLE:

This role is cross-functional with the primary responsibility being print production. In addition to print production, they will be working in the mail room, assisting with shipping/receiving as well as providing hospitality service. The worker will be processing and scanning mail, delivering mail, scanning in packages, and delivering packages. They will also run large print equipment if needed.

The manager is primarily looking for a candidate with some background in print production, customer service skills, and professionalism.

Supervises day-to-day operations of specified 1–3-person site within a Legal office/environment. Typically, does not have hiring, firing or job performance responsibility for the personnel on site. At these sites, the employees report directly to the Area Mgr., Operations. May run shifts or site solo. Develops, implements, and reviews related procedures. Invoices accounts and interacts with customers; assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures that customer expectations are met.

Typically Requires:

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred.
• Requires experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions.
• Requires experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs.
• Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
• Good organizational skills. Ability to effectively set goals, lead and train employees.
• Good technical skills and ability to use complex machinery.
• Ability to remain updated on current technology and trends in the marketplace by reading relevant journals, magazines, and newspapers.
