Summary:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given project.
- Ensure high quality work is produced.
- Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program.
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program.
- Facilitate communication between relevant teams.
Skills:
- Experience developing and executing project/program plans
- Experience in creating and promoting project vision and objectives within project team
- Manages project performance (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope, and with quality) for projects/programs of medium to large size or complexity.
- Experience in facilitating scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Experience in ensuring and facilitating collaboration with diverse project stakeholders throughout the project by using appropriate tools.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years Project Management-relevant work experience.
