Position Summary
SGMC Health’s Regional Network Development Representative supports strategic growth and access to specialty services offered by SGMC Health’s Physician Network. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with referring providers, identifying access barriers, and promoting SGMC Health’s specialty services to ensure patients across the region have timely and appropriate access to care. The Regional Network Development Representative will serve as a visible ambassador for SGMC Health, building trust with physician offices, practice managers, and key community stakeholders while supporting system growth, referral alignment, and regional market development.
EDUCATION
Most work will be completed remotely, with daily travel required. Requires light lifting (not to exceed 30 pounds), walking, standing, bending, and pushing objects. Primarily daytime hours with flexibility required for meeting schedules, and travel, etc. Occasionally requires long, irregular or flexible work hours.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Relevant healthcare, business development, or clinical experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Prior experience in healthcare network development, physician relations, provider outreach, or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of physician practice operations and referral dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize outreach activities.
- Professional presence with the ability to represent SGMC Health positively in the community.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned region.
