Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, Texas, USA
Employment Type: Contract. Initial contract duration: 6 months. (Potential for Extension/Conversion depend on business needs and performance.
Pay Rate: 32.85 - 36.50 USD/Hour
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our client's team in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will contribute to the execution and continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes, manage transparency and reporting requirements, support compliance monitoring activities, and conduct due diligence assessments
Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational execution of U.S. federal and county healthcare transparency reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to collect, validate, and reconcile HCP transfer-of-value data
- Support compliance monitoring activities related to HCP engagements, including speaker programs and consulting arrangements
- Conduct comprehensive Due Diligence on all HCPs and HCOs considered for consulting or clinical engagements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; background in compliance, healthcare, finance, operations, or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, transparency reporting, compliance operations, or a related operational role
- Familiarity with U.S. Sunshine Act / Open Payments and HCP engagement processes strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with compliance or payment systems, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
