About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Plant Manager to oversee ready-mix operations in the Northern Area while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

This onsite position is responsible for managing daily plant operations, improving operational efficiency, maintaining raw material inventory, coordinating production activities, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. The Plant Manager will work closely with dispatch, batching, maintenance, and safety teams to support safe, efficient, and productive plant operations.

Key responsibilities include improving mixer driver utilization, preparing and analyzing daily production reports, training new batchers and drivers, monitoring personnel performance, maintaining safe and clean facilities, attending management meetings, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting safety training and policy enforcement.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with loaders and batching equipment

• Experience improving efficiency of mixer driver utilization
• Experience preparing and analyzing daily production reports
• Experience training batchers and drivers
• Experience coordinating plant operations with batching and dispatch teams
• Experience maintaining raw material inventory
• Experience ensuring compliance with established operating procedures
• Experience monitoring and managing personnel performance
• Experience maintaining safe and clean plant facilities and equipment
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities and corrective actions
• Experience supporting safety training and enforcement of safety policies and procedures
