- Additional $0.50/hour for 1–4 years of experience
- Additional $1.00/hour for 5 years of experience
- Proof of non-probationary driver’s license held for at least one year
- Ability to attend orientation (Tuesday–Friday, Daytime)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Transport clients to appointments utilizing company vehicles
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Support wheelchair assistance and safe transportation
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Ensure overall safety and well-being of clients
- Use proper lifting and bending techniques to physically support clients
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in human services or caregiving preferred
- Valid, non-probationary driver’s license with no restrictions or provisions
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Successful background check clearance
- Caring attitude and dedication to supporting others
- Ability and willingness to safely bend and lift to assist clients
- Flexible scheduling: Full-time, Part-time, and As Needed shifts available
