Pay: $25.00/hour
Hours: Sunday: 7:00am-10:00pm, Monday - Wednesday: 2:00pm-10:00pm

In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals while helping create a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living environment for the individuals we serve. Your leadership will play a key role in ensuring excellent care, strong team collaboration, and adherence to ethical and service standards.
You’ll oversee daily residential operations, coordinate programs and activities, and provide guidance and supervision to direct care staff. Working closely with the Assistant Residential Director, you’ll help ensure the campus runs smoothly while fostering a positive and supportive community for both staff and residents.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do…In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide and support a team that provides life-changing care for youth with severe neurodevelopmental disabilities. You will…- Lead, coach, and mentor Residential Counselors to deliver exceptional, compassionate care
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily residential operations, and fill in as needed
- Foster safe, structured, and trauma-informed environments
- Ensure proper medication administration and campus safety
- Create opportunities for recreation, growth, and community connection
- Assist staff as needed to support behaviors and escalations
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students, families, and team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in human services; or associate’s degree with two years of experience in human services; or four years of experience in human services with a minimum of Certificate of Achievement from a public high school in New Hampshire, documentation of home schooling equivalent to a high school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or high school diploma. Special training or specific skills, student intern experience, or volunteer work may be credited toward experience.
