A rapidly growing home services business in Houston is seeking a Sales Leader to partner with the General Manager and take the sales function to the next level – with a clear pathway to potentially assume the GM role in the future.
This is a unique opportunity to join a PE-backed platform supported by a family-office-backed firm with permanent capital and no traditional fund structure. With investments across multiple residential and commercial services businesses, the firm offers the flexibility and resources to fuel ambitious, long-term growth.
About the Business:
- Branch generates $20–25M in annual revenue and is predominantly residential.
- Services involve high-value, premium offerings, with many transactions financing-driven.
- Well-capitalized platform with a track record of supporting growth in home services.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Leader will:
- Manage a team of 10 salespeople across multiple service lines.
- Establish sales processes, lead tracking, and follow-up procedures.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve growth targets.
- Partner with the GM to scale the business, positioning it for substantial expansion over the next three years.
- Support the GM while learning the business, with a pathway to the GM role in the future.

- Driving measurable revenue growth from a break-even operational base.
- Developing a high-performing, motivated sales team.
- Leveraging PE-backed resources to invest in the business and capture growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales leadership experience managing a team in high-value residential services.
- Background in higher-ticket consumer sales (luxury or high-value transactions preferred).
- Strong coaching, development, and performance management skills.
- Ability to scale a sales organization in a fast-growing environment.
- Comfortable navigating a mixed-performance team and taking ownership of results.
