Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and project leadership across engineering models, services, and capabilities
- Offer hands-on support to team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Align engineering priorities with stakeholder needs and coordinate cross-functional efforts
- Collaborate with other engineering leaders to optimize scheduling and project execution
- Assess and improve engineering processes to strengthen performance and output quality
- Stay current with industry trends and share insights to support innovation and efficiency
- Foster team development by aligning individual strengths and career goals with business needs
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to maintain high performance standards
- Participate directly in engineering work when needed
- Develop and implement engineering standards, tools, and best practices
- Support broader organizational and cross-functional initiatives
- Manage administrative and reporting responsibilities as required

- Proven ability to lead, coach, and elevate engineering team performance

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
- 5 years of professional engineering experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
- Proven experience implementing CAD tools and vault framework standardization
- Background in custom or semi-custom OEM equipment within low-volume, high-capital manufacturing environments
