Overview
We are partnering with a growing, well-established organisation in the HVAC space to appoint a Commercial Hydronics Sales Executive.
This is a client-facing, outside sales role focused on delivering HVAC and hydronic system solutions across commercial and industrial projects. You will work closely with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners, developing relationships and supporting projects from early design through to completion.
This role suits someone who enjoys a consultative, project-driven sales environment with strong technical involvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with engineers, contractors, and end users
- Identify and develop project opportunities within the commercial HVAC space
- Support system design discussions and influence specifications
- Prepare proposals, bids, and technical solutions
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain visibility on project progress and pipeline activity
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of hydronics or commercial HVAC systems
- Experience in project-based or consultative sales environments
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
