Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Process Excellence: Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consulting engineers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Consultative Selling: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, deeply understanding their needs and delivering customized BAS solutions
- Drive Revenue: Implement strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base and increase market share
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish
- Product & Market Knowledge: Stay current on our offerings and industry trends to effectively position our value in the market
- Sense of Urgency: Respond quickly and decisively to client needs and internal demands
- Excellent Communication: Clear, confident, and adaptable communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Highly Motivated: Self-starter with a drive for excellence and a passion for hitting goals
- Personable & Outgoing: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect and engage with others

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building systems, automation, or a related technical field

- Ability to travel within the designated territory
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
