- Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services, and more.
- The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive-level administrative support while managing and executing the day-to-day functions and activities of the administrative office.
- Responsibilities include providing project and administrative support, as well as managing, coordinating, and arranging travel and travel-related activities.
- The successful individual will possess advanced computer skills, demonstrate a high level of initiative, have a strong personal presence, and demonstrate an impressive work ethic.
- This position is responsible for and will be held accountable for handling highly confidential matters and materials with discretion, as well as anticipating the needs of the Executives.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior-level assistant
- Associate Degree.
- CPS.
