What You’ll Do
- Clean homes and small offices to a “WOW” standard (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
- Bring joy to clients with attention to detail and excellent service
- Work independently with support from a caring team
- Must love animals—many clients have furry greeters!
Who We’re Looking For
- 17 years old
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and smartphone
- Able to lift 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Able to pass a background check
- Friendly, dependable, and eager to grow
Location & Travel (Please Read Carefully)
- We serve clients throughout the Midlothian, Moseley, Bon Air, and Goochland areas, and team members should be comfortable traveling between these locations as part of their daily schedule.
- Some homes are located up to 30 minutes west of our office and may be 1 hour from parts of Richmond
- Start and end your day from home
- Clients scheduled near your home whenever possible
- Office visits only for:
- 2 weeks of paid training
- Weekly supply pick-ups & mini-meetings
- Monthly team meetings
