Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to facilitate ABA therapy services for clients with autism and related disorders. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to create an engaging therapeutic environment that encourages growth and skill acquisition. Our ideal candidate is someone who is dedicated to helping others and is passionate about making a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
