Key Responsibilities Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress Create preliminary estimate using estimating software Review and validate job site documentation Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed Position Requirements High school diploma/GED (preferred) At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a role that requires communication skills for anything related to Textiles after a Water,Fire,Mold loss that takes care of the customer laundry needs. Inventory, processing as well as some marketing as we are looking to expand our laundry services. This is a full time position. This is not a remote job you will work directly with customers at their business or home determining the ability to clean textiles after experiencing a water, fire or mold loss as well as processing these items at our facility.
