Job Summary
The IT Systems Support Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure, business applications, and digital systems. This role serves as the central point of contact for IT support requests, continuous QuickBase development, phone and fleet management systems, and coordination with third-party vendors to ensure operational reliability, security, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is solutions-focused, service-oriented, and skilled at both technical troubleshooting and proactive system optimization.

Oversight of Communications & Connectivity Systems
Fleet Software & Device Management
Management of Software, Applications, & Security
Skills and Abilities
- Experience with QuickBase or similar low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT support practices, networking basics, and device configuration.
- Proficiency in managing phone systems, internet services, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple systems and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective vendor and project management skills.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent technical certifications or proven hands-on experience may substitute.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or software coordination.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and cross-functional systems preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
- Ability to type, handle documents, and operate office equipment.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds, as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and electronically.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle (if needed for office support errands).
