IT Desktop Support Technician

Job Title: IT Desktop Support Technician
Location: El Dorado, Arkansas
Type: Contract
Work Model: Onsite
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time (30-minute lunch)

• Perform desktop support functions including laptop/PC imaging and setup.

• Deliver and configure new laptops/PCs for users, including data transfer and M365 cloud services connection.

• Install and configure software.

• Manage and resolve Incident/Request tickets using ServiceNow.

• Troubleshoot printers and provide Windows 11 support with M365 application suite.

• Perform basic Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting.

• Manage hardware assets and maintain stockroom inventory.

• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on delivering a best-in-class user experience.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and managing time well.

• Communicate clearly and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

• Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment is a plus.

Additional Requirement:

• Must have reliable transportation to drive between three sites in El Dorado.
