We are looking for a Restoration Estimator to join our team. Exceptional growth opportunities!
This is a full-time position with great advancement opportunities. Looking to hire someone who can Write Scopes and Negotiate Estimates, attention to detail is a big deal and you must be open to learning other aspects of the job…the more you know the more you grow. You will be working directly with the leadership team helping them with a mix of projects and support.
- 3 years’ experience writing and negotiating insurance losses
- Proficient in Xactimate with minimum 2 yrs experience
- Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer service focused
- Pass drug, and criminal background checks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to independently scope and estimate mitigation & construction projects of all sizes.
- Communicate with adjuster/customers on scope of work
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
