Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
- Open and update service requests and tickets
- Provide timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), dispatching, and customer service
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AutoTask or other service dispatch management software preferred
- Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic team player
- Reliable transportation and ability to report onsite daily
