As an HVAC Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you will start your day by answering incoming phone calls and efficiently dispatching service requests to our skilled technicians. You will assist the techs by providing them important information related to their calls, ensuring that every customer inquiry is handled with care. As the day unfolds, you will keep track of schedules and manage multiple tasks, all while maintaining organized records. You will create a supportive environment for both customers and team members, ensuring that every interaction is productive and positive.
Requirements:
