What are the responsibilities and job description for the Educational Technician position at ServingSchools?
Discovering Kids provides early intervention to preschoolers diagnosed with Autism or other developmental disabilities. We are now hiring for full and part time summer and fall positions.
The position entails providing one-to-one support to a young child in a preschool setting. You will be fully supported with extensive training as you implement goals and objectives to teach young children to talk, understand language being spoken to them, play with others, self-care skills, and pre-academics. Those with previous preschool teaching experience working with 3-5 year olds encouraged to apply, but that experience is not necessary.
Comprehensive training, paid vacation, paid holiday, performance bonus, and a 401k retirement plan are some of the benefits offered.
Educational Technician certification is required, or the applicant must be eligible to apply.
Full time positions are salaried.
Part time positions are paid hourly.
