We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer and Stakeholder Administrator to join our Rockdale office. The Customer and Stakeholder Administrator will provide ConnectSydney’s Customer and Stakeholder team with administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Manage the outwardly facing community inbox, and assign actions to team members for response Maintain data records for project communication and maintenance work Support the functionality of the wider Customer and Stakeholder team Update and maintain Consultation Manager recording and closing out all interactions Organise distribution of collateral and information using traditional and digital channels Work closely with ConnectSydney’s Asset and Maintenance team to develop an understating of the network and team responsibilities.
