Position Overview
Are you a self-starter with a passion for helping others? Join our restoration company as a Business Sales Representative, where you will consult with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events. You will work closely with Emergency Response Agencies to implement effective property recovery initiatives and deliver extraordinary care to those in need.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency property situations and all generated leads.
- Educate consumers on products and services.
- Build relationships and communicate our services effectively.
- Monitor, generate, and interpret lead sources (emergency notification systems).
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to impacted property owners.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response agencies and the community.
- Participate in community events.
- Build and maintain a database of customer information.
- Manage data in our main operating systems, NextGear and Luxor.
- Collaborate with SRM and SMB Corporate staff on business development initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Four plus years’ experience in any combination of the following areas: Restoration, Military, Fire Services, EMS, Police, Medical Responder, Dispatching of Emergency Responders, Construction, Insurance.
- Two plus years’ experience in an outside sales role or customer service role.
- Experience with industry software preferred.
- Insurance sales experience preferred.
