Summary
ServiceMaster NCR is a 24/7 restoration company located in Alexandria Virginia that provides water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other emergency services to both commercial and residential properties. We are currently looking to hire a motivated and sales-driven marketing representative to join our Marketing Team. We believe that someone with previous property management experience would be a perfect fit for this role, specifically, someone with experience managing multiple residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will be responsible for calling on customers in DC, Maryland, and Virginia as well as developing our commercial division. This position involves regular travel within the DC metro area using a company vehicle, ongoing business development, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company as a member of a variety of organizations
- Identify potential clients through both organizational and other means
- Develop commercial client relationships
- Work closely with the marketing team to help plan, organize, and execute marketing sales programs
- Help build lasting relationships with our local community and customers to increase public image and branding
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry-specific trends, competition, and company products and services
- Achieve annual sales goals
- Attend trade shows and marketing events regularly
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in marketing, account management, business development, or a similar field.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Effective time management within a fast-paced environment
- Availability to travel within the DC Metro area. Company vehicle provided
- Reasonably clean driving record
- Experience with marketing to the public or government agencies is a plus
