What You’ll Do:
Lead and coach a team while rolling up your sleeves in the field
Manage shop operations, inventory, and scheduling
Be the trusted point of contact for clients during critical times
Ensure safety, compliance, and top-notch service
What It Takes:
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
2+ years of leadership experience (biohazard, restoration, or similar preferred)
Ability to handle dynamic schedules and challenging environments
Demonstrated ability to review financial statements and manage inventory (preferred)
Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure?
In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates—Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of Eighteen Dollars per hour.
