We are seeking a detail-oriented, extremely accurate, and organized Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the full-cycle accounting processes, ensuring accurate, timely vendor payments, and managing customer billing and collections. Candidate must have, Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent preferred.
- Two to three years of related experience or equivalent.
- Proficient in computers, along with SAGE (preferred) and Excel
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work with all levels of management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable expenditures, vendor set-up and maintenance, invoice review, check generation and distribution.
- Accounts payable, including 1099 verification.
- Strong data & Ten-key entry skills.
- Detail to deposits, which include invoice processing for customers.
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed.
