Elevate Your Accounting Career with Auto Technology
We're looking for an Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations for Auto Technology and its affiliated companies. This role handles full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general office support. The ideal candidate is thorough, takes pride in the quality of their work, and can manage multiple sets of books independently.
Your Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process full-cycle accounts payable; including three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents and invoices, and accounts receivable across Auto Technology and affiliated companies.
Collections: Monitor and collect aged receivables to ensure timely payment and healthy cash flow.
Reconciliation: Reconcile credit card statements, bank accounts, and general ledger entries on a regular basis to ensure accuracy across all entities.
Deposits & Cash Application: Process deposits and apply incoming payments to customer invoices.
General Office Support: Provide general office and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of accounting experience required
- Accounting degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks required
- Strong skills in Excel and Word
- Experience with Made2Manage

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
