Role Snapshot
- Run residential service and repair calls, including complex diagnostics.
- Use ServiceTitan and an iPad to build estimates, invoice, and track metrics.
- Present clear options (repair vs. replacement), discuss financing, and enroll service agreements.
- Build lasting customer relationships through craftsmanship and communication.
- Base pay: $25–$50/hr depending on experience.
- Uncapped performance bonuses: High performers commonly earn $100,000–$200,000 total compensation.
- Health & dental: Company paid with deductibles covered.
- 401k: For full-time team members.
- Take-home truck: Gas card provided; dispatch from home to eliminate shop commute.
- Growth path: We promote from within and invest in your development.
- On-call rotation: Typically once every 12–15 weeks.
- Workload: Hours can’t be guaranteed, but our aggressive local marketing keeps calendars full.
- Residential plumbing service experience; strong troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and local plumbing codes.
- Comfort with technology (ServiceTitan, iPads, digital invoicing).
- Excellent customer communication at the kitchen table; ability to guide decisions.
- Self-accountability; track and hit revenue and service goals.
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
- Fluent in English.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and stooping; manual dexterity with tools and controls; hearing and speaking throughout the day.
- Ability to reach, climb ladders, and work in tight or hot/cold spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
- Lift and carry 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are necessary.
- Indoor/outdoor work in varying weather across multiple seasons.
