- Location: Union, NJ (full-time, residential service).
- Diagnose and repair home HVAC systems: furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers.
- Prevent callbacks by catching small issues before they become big ones.
- Present clear choices—repair vs. replace, financing options, and service agreements.
- Use ServiceTitan, an iPad, and digital invoicing to streamline every visit.
- Track your KPIs and consistently hit revenue and service goals.
- $25–$50/hr base, commensurate with experience.
- Uncapped performance bonuses—high earners reach $100,000–$200,000 total compensation.
- Benefits: Health and dental paid with deductibles covered; 401k for full-time employees.
- Take-home service truck gas card; dispatched from home to eliminate the commute.
- Career trajectory: we promote from within.
- On-call rotation approximately once every 12–14 weeks.
- Consistent hours—while not guaranteed, we drive local marketing to keep calendars full.
- Hands-on residential HVAC experience with in-home diagnostics and service.
- Solid grasp of safety protocols and local codes.
- Client-facing communication skills—confident at the kitchen table.
- Tech-forward mindset: ServiceTitan, iPads, and digital workflows.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-accountability—you care about your numbers and your craft.
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop; use hands/tools; hear and speak.
- Reach, climb ladders, access crawl spaces; work in hot/cold environments.
- Lift 50 pounds; maintain close/adjustable focus vision.
- Work outdoors across multiple seasons as job scope requires.
