- Run residential service and repair calls—including complex diagnostics.
- Evaluate and fix issues across home electrical systems.
- Identify risks early to reduce failures and callbacks.
- Present options clearly (repair/replace), discuss financing, and explain service agreements.
- Track performance metrics and meet revenue and service goals.
- Proven residential troubleshooting experience.
- Comfort with tech: ServiceTitan, iPads/tablets, and digital invoicing.
- Strong communication skills with homeowners.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and local codes.
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
- Fluent in English.
- Regularly lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, reach overhead, and work in tight or hot/cold spaces (including crawl spaces).
- Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and stooping; manual dexterity for tools/controls.
- Close vision and focus adjustment needed for detailed tasks.
- Outdoor and indoor work through all seasons based on the job scope.
