Your Impact

• Triage and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues across diverse systems
• Prevent callbacks by spotting early warning signs and addressing root causes
• Guide homeowners through options—repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements—so they choose with confidence
• Track KPIs and deliver on revenue and service goals
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Hands-on residential service experience and diagnostic skill
• Knowledge of safety practices and local code requirements
• Comfort with technology: ServiceTitan, iPads, and digital invoicing
• Valid driver’s license (clean MVR) and fluency in English
• Pride in craftsmanship and integrity when no one’s watching
