- Track KPIs and deliver on revenue and service goals
- Hands-on residential service experience and diagnostic skill
- Knowledge of safety practices and local code requirements
- Comfort with technology: ServiceTitan, iPads, and digital invoicing
- Valid driver’s license (clean MVR) and fluency in English
- Pride in craftsmanship and integrity when no one’s watching
