Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $25–$50/hr depending on experience
• Uncapped performance bonuses: High performers regularly reach total compensation of $100,000–$200,000

What You Bring

• Deep experience running residential plumbing service calls and diagnosing real-world issues
• Working knowledge of safety protocols and local codes
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Fluency in English
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Run residential service and repair calls—including the tough ones
• Diagnose problems, resolve issues, and prevent callbacks through proactive insights
• Present clear options—repair vs. replace, financing, and service agreements—so homeowners can choose confidently
• Own your metrics and consistently hit revenue and service goals
