As a Branch Manager, you'll be the face of our branch-guiding your team, driving performance, and ensuring every member leaves with an exceptional experience. This is more than just managing daily operations-it's about making a difference in the lives of our members and the community we serve.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to create a high-performing, member-focused team.
- Set and communicate branch goals, track progress, and drive results.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist members with accounts, consumer loans, and other financial services.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen member relationships.
- Handle complex member service issues with professionalism and care.
- Represent the credit union at community events, networking opportunities, and business development efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in banking/financial services.
- 3 years of consumer lending experience.
- 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of financial products, lending practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid technology skills (Microsoft Office, credit union software).
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel between branches as needed.
