Service One Credit Union is seeking an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, training and development, coaching, and associate engagement.
This role reporting to the Chief People and Strategy Officer is key to working with a team building a supportive, high-performing environment where associates feel valued and inspired to deliver exceptional service to our members.
What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and support the HR Team.

Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with employment laws.

Drive recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent.

Partner and lead training and development programs that grow associate skills and careers.

Champion coaching, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.

Plan and manage HR department budget.

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on associate relations, development, performance, and engagement.
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification preferred).

5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment law.

Ability to be a change champion for the organization.

Exceptional communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence skills.
