What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently dispatch service technicians from our office to job sites-optimizing routes and response times.
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Accurately record service details, technician hours, and job-related information in our dispatch system.
- Experience in dispatch operations, ideally in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Proficiency with dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan) or similar platforms.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- A calm, professional demeanor under pressure-you're great at problem-solving on the fly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $18.00/hr plus uncapped weekly bonuses.
