About the Service Coordinator Assistant Supervisor Role
As a Service Coordinator Assistant Supervisor within our Early Intervention team, you'll play a vital role in managing the daily operations of Service Coordination Services. This person, under the direct supervision of the Early Intervention Supervisor, provides supervision for staff to ensure all services are provided in accordance with all existing policies, procedures, and regulations and in accord with the mission and values of the company. This position is ideal for someone who has good communication, is compassionate, organized, and culturally responsive, and who thrives in fast-paced environments where collaboration matters.
- Efficiently operates an engaged EI team
- Reviews service notes, child records, and completes monthly reporting requirements
- Provides supervisor, evaluates productivity, and implements strategies to improve proformance
- Interacts with County EI staff
- Participates in all scheduled meetings
- Provides service coordination functions
- Ensures EI referrals are received and processed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field and at least year of experience in a human services role; some supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Ability to navigate digital systems and prioritize multiple tasks
- A positive, solution-focused attitude and ability to build rapport
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Location & Schedule
This position is based in Franklin and Fulton Counties, Pennsylvania. Work will be community and office-based with some remote flexibility.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional evening work may be required based on family needs.
