IDD Supports Coordination Regional Director Core Responsibilities
- Oversee regional operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with SAM standards and state requirements.
- Supervise and coach regional leaders to promote performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Lead regional audits, monitor outcomes, and implement action plans to address service gaps.
- Partner with county officials, community stakeholders, and internal teams to advance program goals.
- Ensure consistent communication with executive leadership and across teams.
- Provide leadership during crises, transitions, and staffing gaps as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and at least seven (7) years of experience in human services, including five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Master’s degree in human services, public administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to integrity, accountability, and collaborative growth.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned region.
