ServerPartDeals (Server Tech Solutions, Inc.) is a leading US reseller of enterprise storage and server hardware, including SSDs, HDDs, servers, and components. We sell through our own e-commerce storefront and major marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, and Newegg. We develop much of our own software in-house, including pricing, CRM, and listing-automation systems, supported by a dedicated development team.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to work directly with a senior member of our leadership team across our development, marketing, and listings functions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for translating business needs into clear project requirements, coordinating cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, and providing analysis to support operational decisions.
This is an individual-contributor position with broad cross-departmental scope. It does not include direct reports.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for internal software projects; produce specifications and project briefs for the development team
- Define project scope, success criteria, and acceptance requirements; verify delivered work against them
- Coordinate projects that span multiple departments, tracking status, dependencies, and open decisions
- Conduct analysis of pricing, process, and operational questions and present findings with recommendations
- Support senior leadership on special projects across the organization
Qualifications
Required:
- 4 years of experience as a business analyst, product analyst, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience writing requirements or specifications used by software development teams
- Sufficient technical fluency to participate in architecture and implementation discussions and identify when to escalate technical questions
- Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional projects end to end
- Strong written communication; ability to structure ambiguous problems independently
Preferred:
- E-commerce or marketplace experience (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Newegg)
- SQL or light scripting ability
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
- Experience in a small or mid-sized company environment
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
