What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Management Coordinator position at ServerMonkey?
Essential Job Duties

- Process customer orders from Netsuite, the Web (Magento) and E-Bay
- Track, prioritize and expedite sales orders daily, ensuring 100% on time shipments
- Work with sales representatives and directly with customers to resolve sales order issues
- Make corrections/changes to sales orders as needed
- Create shipping documentation/labels via Pacejet and update orders with tracking information
- Create invoices for sales orders and maintain documentation
- Communicate parts needs for sales orders to procurement and sales teams
- Assist operations team and other departments as needed
- Adhere to and maintain ESD safety requirements in all required work areas
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Analytical with the ability to learn quickly
- Prior experience handling and working with IT hardware is a plus
- Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Experience in Netsuite is a plus
