Pool Server

Serrano Country Club – El Dorado Hills, CA

Serrano Country Club is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Pool Servers for the upcoming pool season. This position plays a key role in creating a fun, welcoming, and high-quality poolside dining experience for our members and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive food and beverage service to members and guests at the pool.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Monitor poolside seating areas and anticipate member needs to provide proactive service.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and surrounding pool areas.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain an inviting environment.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.

Schedule

• Seasonal position during pool operations.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
