Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial concrete construction
- Direct experience with foundations, large slab pours, tilt-wall panels, and concrete paving
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience managing field personnel and subcontractors
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and construction compliance standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as project needs require
- Familiarity with construction technology and field equipment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
