We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive the compassionate support they need while navigating their mental health journeys. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage client scheduling and ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding services, appointments, and follow-up care.
- Support administrative tasks related to medical billing and insurance verification as needed.
- Collaborate with therapists and staff to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a medical or administrative support role, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus but not required.
- Maintain patient records and complete medical record requests
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
