This is a PT NOC Shift Opportunity
We are looking for RN/LPNs to provide person-centered nursing care and treatment to elderly, acutely ill, or injured residents. Integrates technical skills and theoretical knowledge to meet the individual needs of residents and families. Assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort. The RN (Certified) uses the knowledge and expertise gained through the special certification process to treat the resident/patient population that would benefit from the specialized clinical care.
LPN-Starting at $24.00 | RN-Starting at $32.00 | Wage based on experience!
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Offer support and education to patients and families regarding health management.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license
- Proficient in patient care and assessment
- Basic life support certification
- Familiarity with long-term care and assisted living environments
- Critical care experience is a plus
