Overview
Serenity Rest Home in Middleboro, MA is seeking an LPN Supervisor to lead our day shift in a warm, family-run, 24-bed RN-led home. We are small on purpose, allowing our team to know every resident by name and provide truly individualized care.
What You Will Do
- Lead day-shift routines, guide resident assistants, and oversee personalized care plans.
- Manage medications, review MARs, and monitor residents for side effects.
- Perform clinical evaluations, track vital signs, and coordinate care with physicians, families, and our RN Administrator.
- Support daily operations, including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining compliance.
- Mentor and train direct care staff on clinical standards and safety protocols.
What You Need
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license (required).
- CPR/First Aid/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a rest home setting (new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome).
- Strong understanding of geriatric care, dementia, and safety regulations.
