About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight and leadership to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered Substance Use Disorder treatment. This role supports staff, students, and patients through supervision, guidance, and collaboration while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff, weekend staff, and student counselors
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance with OARs and ASAM criteria
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and assist with crisis intervention as needed
- Consult with the Clinical Director/Manager regarding patient safety and clinical concerns
- Ensure adherence to program policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards
- Participate in quality improvement, staff meetings, and required trainings
- Coordinate with external referral sources in accordance with releases of information
- Support administrative and operational duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- CADC II or higher (or national equivalent), required
- High School Diploma, required
- Knowledge of professional ethics for Alcohol and Drug Counselors
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and high-quality patient care
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Serenity Lane is a Cannabis THC-free workplace)
