What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Retail Options?
JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor II works closely with the Program Manager/Director to provide oversight and direction for the day-to-day clinical operations to ensure qualify service and clinical compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and other regulatory bodies, and in keeping with the mission and vision. This position will also carry a small caseload and will work with the Program Manager/Director to build, develop, and improve clinical services being provided in a way that upholds the values of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health required with at least 2 years of experience in a behavioral health field is required; or
- Associate’s Degree in behavioral health with at least 4 years of experience in behavioral health required
- For individuals recovering from a substance-abuse disorder, must have maintained continuous sobriety for the preceding two years at the time of hire
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- QMHA Certification, or
- CADC II or CADC I with ability to obtain CADC II within 6 months
- CPR Certification
- Must maintain a valid Oregon Driver License or ability to obtain one upon hire, and be insurable under the organization’s auto liability coverage policy (minimum 21 years of age and with no Type A violations in the past 3 years, or three (3) or more Type B violations)
